We wanted to provide a quick update on the events side of things as we get closer to our official launch. There are some exciting plans in the works, and while we are not quite ready to release all the details just yet, we can assure you that what is coming will be worth the wait. Once we launch, we will be sharing specifics about each event, including dates, locations, and how you can get involved.
In the meantime, we are planning to add a Munch to our calendar. Several of our members who have been instrumental in getting the Society off the ground are active in the local community and regularly attend other munches including those not strictly FemDom focused. That means you may already have the chance to meet one of us at these gatherings. In addition, we are always present at the FemDom and Followers Munch in Largo on a monthly basis (https://fetlife.com/groups/249003). These events are not only a great way to connect with us face to face, but they also provide an important opportunity to be properly vetted. Since membership in the Society requires meeting at least one member in person, attending a munch is the perfect way to begin that process.
Several of us are also visiting with the Central Florida FemDom Society at their munch to learn, share ideas, and strengthen the ties between our groups. Building these connections is an important part of our mission to create a vibrant and sustainable community here in Tampa Bay.
We have also vetted additional locations for future events, and we cannot wait to share everything with you. In honor of one of our Board Members, @MxstressRRose, we are planning a Tea Party, most likely in November. Mxstress Rose recently energized the CFNM movement in the area with her Tea Parties, and they are a great time to be had by all.
In early December, we will be hosting the First Annual FemDom Society of Tampa Bay Ball which will be a signature event designed to celebrate our community in style. Stay tuned as we work out the details.
At the heart of all this, our goal is simple: to create the kinds of experiences that people in this area are thirsty for. Too often, opportunities to connect, explore, and celebrate FemDom culture are limited, scattered, or inconsistent. We want to change that by offering structured, welcoming, and memorable events where people can truly immerse themselves, meet others who share their interests, and feel part of something bigger than themselves.
Lots of fun things are happening, and this is only the beginning.
